Regulation

 

Credit unions are dual-regulated, which means that they are regulated by the

Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA)

 

Alongside this regulation, Lurgan Credit Union is affiliated with the Irish League of Credit Unions (ILCU)

 

This means we follow the standard rules for credit unions set out by the ILCU.
