Urgent Member Notice – Social Payments

We are trying to find out how many members we have that use us, and only us, for financial transactions i.e. they do not have a bank account in any other financial institution.

We predict that these members will be most affected in the event of a lock-down scenario as they may have no access to their benefits.
If you, or a member of your family are in this scenario please make contact with us as soon as possible to allow us to arrange an alternative for you if our offices are in a lockdown scenario.

We are experiencing a high number of calls at present and so would ask that any member that feels that they may be affected by this to, as a first option, email us on Please mark the email subject clearly as “Concerns accessing benefits” and include your full name, and member number and contact number. A member of staff will call you back as soon as possible.
